Richard Goodwin

Managing Director

Richard brings more than two decades of construction industry experience, having previously founded and led a substantial regional construction business. With a professional background in quantity surveying, commercial management and construction leadership, his experience spans residential schemes, conversions, refurbishment and specialist construction. As Managing Director, Richard leads Danesbury's overall management, construction delivery, commercial strategy and operational performance.

Scott Mitchell

Development Director

Scott leads Danesbury's development opportunities, strategic partnerships and business development activities. Drawing on his property-sector relationships and experience, he works with developers, investors and professional partners to identify opportunities and establish long-term commercial relationships.
